Lovely quiet apartment in a perfect location. Close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, and medical center. Free access to the beach club was fantastic, comfortable sunbeds, right on the beach, convenient showers, and a beautiful pool. The help and service from our hosts Patrick and Lisbeth was amazing, they gave great tips, and the apartment is lovely. In short, a wonderful stay in Barbados, and definitely worth repeating!!

We loved the apartment itself, the beautiful garden, the lovely veranda - it had everything we could possibly need for a week stay. The location being just a few hundred yards from the supermarket, the beach and all the bars and restaurants was ideal for us. Complimentary membership of The Beach Club was an unexpected bonus!

Had a great 11 night stay here over Christmas great location near to all Holetown has to offer close to supermarket Beaches Bars Restaurants etc Lisbeth and Patrick were fantastic hosts couldn’t do enough for you but also respected your privacy would definitely recommend and will be staying again

“Comfortable accommodation, brilliant location and wonderful owners., what more could we ask for?”

The apartment is super clean and fully equipped. There is plentiful bed-linen, towels, hot water, excellent A/C in the bedroom and a fan cooler in the sitting-room/kitchen. All the windows have mosquito netting on the outside which allows you to open the louvre windows and take advantage of the breeze. The garden is stunning and the veranda is a great place to take breakfast in the early sun. We enjoyed the use of the pass into the beach-side Sunset Crest Beach Club, a five minute walk away, with its great pool and plentiful beach loungers. The owners, Lisbeth and Patrick, are proactive in sharing their love of Barbados both through providing maps and literature within the apartment and by generously giving of their time in conversations and site-seeing. You would go a long way to find more caring and considerate ‘hosts’.

“Brilliant small villa in Holetown”

Villa 46 was perfect for us. It was very clean and well presented with great facilities. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and even brought us some lovely homemade lentil soup. The location is perfect for walking and running around Sandy Lane golf course. The beach and beach club are close by and having Massy’s supermarket on your doorstep is super convenient. The garden is beautiful and had monkeys passing through our outdoor deck. The bus stops are close by. I would recommend this for couples.

Very easy walking distance to beaches - you could snorkel from the beach and the reefs were teeming with fish - restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATMs, shopping and transport links (buses and taxis). Private garden with lots of visiting birds and occasional monkeys. Although the beaches are wonderfully clean and sandy, some stones and broken coral are at the edge of the sea so we recommend beach shoes to enter the water.

“Charming Villa in the heart of Holetown”

We Loved our stay in Holetown at Villa46. Clean and comfortable, in a brilliant location; close to the supermarket, restaurants, a lovely quiet beach, and regular bus routes to Bridgetown or Speighstown. The garden is beautiful. We were visited by monkeys and several different birds. Recommend Tides for a nice meal, Calma Beach Bar for relaxed dining and drinks and One Love for drinks with the locals. Lisbeth and Patrick are really lovely and attentive hosts. They even gifted us some lovely flowers and a card as we were celebrating our second wedding anniversary. We also enjoyed saying hello to the family pets. Patrick collected us from the airport and stopped at the supermarket for groceries. We would definitely recommend staying here and would not hesitate to book here again if back in the area.

Clean and well equipped, only thing is they don’t have laundry detergent. If it did it would have been perfect. Overall great accommodation!

Villa 46 is a charming cottage, on the hosts' property, but with a private entrance and private tropical garden -- and just a five minute walk to the beach and and a lovely beach club to which we had access. There is a well equipped kitchen, and an excellent supermarket a short walk away -- as well as many shops and bars and restaurants, including the Tides and Paul Owens at the Beach House -- two of Barbados' best restaurants. The hosts Lizbeth and Patrick are wonderful -- very helpful and friendly.

One bed apartment surrounded by flora and fauna in an ideal location for anybody looking to stay in and around Holetown, Sandy Lane, St.James. Good value for money, a real home from home and looked after by a fabulous couple who live next to the apartment. Bedding, towels, beach chairs all provided along with use of the Sunset Crest communal pool. Close to public transport routes, beaches, a variety of restaurants and shops including a large supermarket and petrol station. Could not have wished for a more ideal holiday let. Communication with the owners before, during and after the let was top class. If birdsong morning, noon and night is your thing, you will be delighted. When strolling around the town, it was fantastic to see so many people just saying hello. Everybody is relaxed and friendly and happy to help however they can.

The location in holetown is fantastic. Close to beech shops and restaurants. The use of the Beech club was great. The beech is so beautiful. Good bus links for getting around the island. We adored the house, the gorgeous balcony area, and a beautiful garden. The hosts Patrick and Lisbeth were fantastic, advised us on the island, places to eat, and could not do enough for us. I can't wait to go back. Amazing Amazing

“Wonderful stay in beautiful house.”

The property is very comfortable with plenty of room and hanging space for clothes with enough hangers! Lovely soft bedding. Spotlessly clean. The garden is a little oasis with birdsong to accompany your meals. The owners could not be kinder. It is in a very convenient position and the beach is beautiful - you can choose to take the chairs and umbrella kindly provided or if you prefer a sunbed these are available to hire. We preferred the quieter end of the beach towards the Marine Park. Great restaurants to choose from. Chattel Village in Holetown is very attractive. Tip - if you want to buy wine try the Duty Free shop - cheaper than the supermarket! A wonderful stay - thank you Patrick and Lisbeth.

“The ideal place to stay for a relaxing holiday”

A lovely villa in a peaceful location and yet just a couple of minutes' walk away from shops, restaurants and beaches. We loved it, and membership of the beach club was a great bonus!

The location was fabulous. Very close to a lovely quiet beach, restaurants, beach club, and supermarket that sells Waitrose products. Patrick, and Lisbeth, are wonderful hosts that could not do enough for us. Patrick collected us from the airport, and took us to the supermarket for a grocery shop before meeting Lisbeth at the apartment. We had a wonderful stay, and can’t wait to come back.

We absolutely loved the property, more true to authentic Bajen house. With its own private gardens it made it a lovely area to relax. As it’s in a more residential area with lots of gardens, we had many monkeys visiting us for breakfast!!! It was just amazing! The location was amazing perfect, a short walk to the beaches and access to the club pool in one direction and easy walking distance to Sandy Lane golf course which we walked each morning. The hosts were very friendly and lived next door so close by if we needed any help.

This was our third visit to Barbados and Holetown is by far our favourite place to stay. The apartment is private and in an excellent location. Lisbeth and Patrick are a wonderful couple and on hand for anything needed. Patrick collected and dropped us to the airport which was really helpful. The access to the beach club with pool, just a few minutes walk, was brilliant and we went most days. Everything you need is nearby including regular buses (or taxis) to get around the island.
