We had a very pleasant stay at Domaine Bleger by Windmuehl. The hotel has a charming and authentic Alsace atmosphere with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful location in the vineyards. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and full of character. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good with fresh local products, and the overall experience felt personal and relaxing. A perfect base for exploring Alsace and the nearby wine villages.

“A good stay in Saint-Hippolyte”
A small B&B in a somewhat quiet village on the Alsatian wine route. Not too many tourists, not too many restaurants, but many wineries! Room and breakfast was adequate, the car could be parked just outside, there was a fridge you could use to keep your food cool and an honesty fridge, where you could help yourself to the owner´s excellent wines and pay afterwards. The system to check in outside reception hours was easy. Good value for money.

“Nice place amongst the vineyards”
Nice room with some nice decoration details you don’t often see in hotel rooms. The room (nr. 6) was on the backside of the building so no problem with traffic noice. Breakfast was good. The lady could smile a bit more. :-) The bed is very good with long covers. In the courtyard there is a fridge that can be used by all. There’s another one where one can take out wine and pay later. Saint-Hyppolyte is a small village with at least two restaurants and a small grocery shop. There are vineyards all around.

“Charming place Saint- Hippolyte”
The staff were very welcoming and helpful during our 2 night stay. Room was lovely, bed large and very comfortable. The view from one of our windows was the vineyard and the second, a well maintained vegetable and flower garden. The lodging is on the edge of the charming village of Saint-Hippolyte, all in all a lovely area. Would definitely recommend and if we are in the area again, we will try to book a room.

The property is a nice small bnb attached to a wine making and tasting facility. It is in a lovely small town with lots of beautiful old buildings. The staff were very friendly

located in a small town on the route of wines, quietly surrounded by vineyard; amazing buffet breakfast with fresh and local supplies (pastries, cheese, ham, juice, egg, fruits…); very kind and helpful host, and an adorable dog; good choices of wines from the domaine available for guests to taste in the backyard
