“Wonderful staff”
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which goes a long way to us having a good time. The location of the hotel made it easy to visit the town on foot. Whilst we didn't use any of the games equipment, books etc for the children, we thought the idea was wonderful. We also really appreciated being able to take our well behaved dog into the breakfast area, so he could be with us.

Well designed facilities - everyone gets a view and a balcony. Breakfast really nice. Rooms clean and spacious. Pool good. Excellent place to stay - 5 minutes walk to restaurants and the town.

Staff were very attentive and friendly and addressed our issues with the size of the room and lack of storage and moved us to a much bigger room quickly - the next morning. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety to suit everyone. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily if desired. The pool was lovely and clean. Beautiful hotel.

The room: very good size, comfortable beds, separate toilet, good air con, overlooking the parking lot and quiet, shutters that kept the room dark. Location: easy to get to by car (we booked a parking space), 2 mn walk to a large supermarket, 5mn walk down to the high street Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. I would stay at this hotel again.

Excellent for the star rating. Had everything one would need. Passing through from Charente Maritime, staying for 5 nights. Excellent breakfast. Had everything you could think of. Reception personnel very welcoming and helpful. Had an indoor pool.

Beautifully appointed, spacious clean bedroom, bath as well as shower, as per our request. Effective air con welcome Excellent varied breakfast items offered, great time range too. Staff welcoming, helpful & friendly Parking useful, worth the fee. Didn't try pool but looked good Only a 15 min walk from Central Town, not nr beach, but fine for our needs, & stay Very enjoyable stay, thank you
