“Good location but medium service level versus cost”

“Perfectly located alpine hotel for a skiing break. All inclusive option is great.”

Room was great. Although light was very noisy. Spacious. Comfortable. Lovely views on 8th floor. Food was great although some slightly limited options but fine for the 2 night stay. Enjoyed the cake and snacks after skiing. Cocktails were not tasty on the night I had them. Good location. I could take lunch with me on the slopes in a box. Waiting staff were very friendly. Check in staff were reasonably but not overly friendly but accommodating to be fair. Beautiful views. Very close to telecabin.

Stayed as part of a 22 family & friend group which worked out very well, The food was amazing with plenty of choices for adults and children. It was nice we could make up a lunch for the slopes. Well done Sowell Hotels

Fabulous location and setting in the Alpine town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food for dinner and breakfast was excellent. The spa/pool area was lovely too.

Hello! We made a reservation for 2 nights, and after the first night we had to leave due to a family problem. The hotel reception told us that they had no problem refunding us the night we couldn't enjoy or giving us a voucher to return another time. But it didn't depend on them, but on Booking. That was in July of this year, and I have not yet received any response from the hotel or Booking. And by the way, I wrote them quite a few emails and they never answered me. We returned a week later to the area where the hotel is located, and we went to the reception again and they didn't give us any answer either.

Very comfortable and clean room. Amazing views and the takeaway breakfast buffet was awesome.
