The breakfast was superb with the added attraction that before and after we were able to converse with the host who was lovely with history that coincided with ours which rounded off our wonderful stay. The pool was also very welcoming after our 200 mile journey in record high temperatures.

Good place to stay, although far from the town center, no problem arriving with a car. Easy and quick access to various places in the valley, good central location in the region. Outdoor furniture and a quiet environment separated from the town. Well equipped house, wonderful very filling varied breakfast. In addition to traditional French sweets, there was ham, sausage, even several types of cheese, and plenty of fruit. Rooms are spacious, good bathroom. The hostess is very friendly, speaks several languages and English, intelligent, communicative. Highly recommend, especially for a few days or a week.

Very close to Chenonceau Castle (10 minutes driving). Welcoming owner (she speaks English) quiet and beautiful place. The room was clean (maybe excepting few lazy spiders on the ceiling). Great breakfast, with a selection of French cheese and delicious home made jam. Free private parking in the yard.

Great breakfast. The landlady was helpful and friendly. Nice with the pool. The house lies very calm and quiet. We could have our car and bikes behind closed gates.
