“Beautiful idyllic stay in the heart of the Loire.”
Everything. This is a real gem. Hidden away from the village of St George sur Cher. The owners are lovely and accommodating and extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Google Translate helped us a lot as our French was very poor!! The breakfast is to die for and so much. It kept us going all day! Every morning was different with a huge variety. We adored the home made jams and pancakes! Our room was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. The views from the garden were spectacular. We even saw a red squirrel 🐿️ Would 100% recommend.

The location was perfect, set down a quiet country lane but with easy car access to the village centre with a little auberge, a small but well stocked supermarket and two eateries. Loved the location, the tranquil garden, the waterways, the grounds, the pool and the beautiful individual apartment - stunning. Rooms include coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, water and even little biscuits. Lovely bed. So thoughtfully presented. Beautiful breakfast room. Fabulous pool.

“Great stop for visiting Chenonceaux Castle. We cycled from the Hotel to Chenonceaux on quiet roads.”
The breakfast was excellent as in a typically French Continental breakfast style with many choices available.

This is a lovely little BNB. We were so impressed by it and believe it deserves more than it's 3* rating. Our hostess greeted us immediately and was friendly and welcoming. She showed us our room and the breakfast room. It was impeccably clean all over and the gardens were beautiful. All of this property has been furnished sympathetically and very stylishly. Our bedroom was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was very delicious and local. Can't fault this place!

Lovely peaceful setting. Beautifully restored rooms. After a couple of nights we were well and truly relaxed. Host was dealing with a very stressful situation following severe weather and flooding, but managed to maintain a good service.

“Delightful B&B in quiet setting”
Lovely good sized modern bedroom and bathroom in the old mill house ,greeted by the owners who were very helpful in finding a restaurant in the nearby village for dinner . Surrounding garden, just beautiful with stream running through it. Very quiet. Delicious breakfast in their delightful kitchen made by the lady of the house. Near to various Chateaux.

Very clean and very well maintained house with beautiful park. Listening to the sound of a little river, birds, smelling the fresh air and looking at the green park makes you instantly calm. Much recommended. Owners were very welcoming and friendly people. Breakfast was great.
