It was comfortable and clean, and we had a great family stay. The breakfast was very tasty, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We were very satisfied. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and varied. My daughter was also happy with the stay. The beds were comfortable, and the mattresses and pillows were very pleasant for resting. It was a quiet place, and the parking area was secure. Everything was great.

Staff was really friendly and obliging, not the French service that was experienced in Paris. Breakfast was good, we could get ice and hot water whenever we needed.

The room was surprisingly spacious with 1 double and 3 fold-out beds and a large bathroom. It was walking distance into town for various food options and walking distance to CERN (the reason for our stay). There was free parking.

Staff was really friendly, kids beds were comfy and set up for us when we arrived, showers were bot and powerful. We were staying before a really early flight and it was the perfect location for that too.

Smart design made a small room very comfortable. The room was quiet, with windows towards the mountains. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful.

I was missing the table and place for the bagage unpacking.

The room was good and clean .The hotel is very near to the bus stand like around 7-8 mins walk . Easy to hop on bus for Airport , Centre city and Cern.

This a pleasant hotel, very conveniently located if you're looking for a stopover on a longer trip. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast buffet.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, taking into consideration the value for money aspect of the accomodation we couldn't have made a better decision. The breakfast was very good, it lacked the wide variety of options, however taking a quick and quality breakfast before you leave is essential and absolutely worth it. In particular, the staff was very helpful and accomodative. Especially the young man at the front desk that helped us, when we were about to miss our train in Geneva to Paris. Not only he arranged a taxi within a very short notice, but also went the extra mile to let the taxi driver know about our situation. Overall, it was a nice touch of warm hospitallity by the staff that rounded-up a very pleasant stay.
