As soon as we pulled up there was men sitting in broken chairs and drinking/smoking like it was a scene off of a ghetto movie. We turned around and left hoping not to get shot pulling out of the parking lot. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY here. NOT SAFE AT ALL. We booked room online and looked super nice,, wow we got a surprise when we pulled up. Our 14 year old son said he wasn't staying there it scared him so much. Online pictures look nice but its a shocker when you see it in person. Spend your money somewhere else and know your family will be safe .

What I did like was location would be ideal. And I also liked that when I finally got hold of someone the following day manager I believe they apologized for the inconvenience and offered to refund my money… Without any hold backs…or cancellation fees usually associated with booking.com and some hotels..
