All the kitchen cupboards were full and there was nowhere to store our belongings. There was no broom to clean inside. We had to search outside to get a dirty one. The hot tub was shared with the other two condos, even though it wasn't mentioned in the reservation description, and the other couple was playing around as a couple in the hot tub, which wasn't suitable for our family of 4 young children under 10. We made a U-turn. The next day we came to use spa there was dirty things inside the spa. There was a bad smell where the hot tub was located, and after a search, we found fecal matter outside the neighboring condo, among the condo owner's belongings. It hadn't been cleaned, and as you can see, it was all black and dry like in the photo. It hadn't been cleaned before our arrival and you have exposed my family, my kids and I to that disgusting smell and area.
