“Hotel helpful to cyclists with ebikes. Good situation near railway station.”

We were three cyclists overnighting to start cycling the Loire the next day. Hotel was very helpful in enabling us to charge our ebikes in a room in the hotel as the garage had NO standard plugs. Hotel staff very helpful throughout.

The ceiling in the underground car park was too low, so you might hit it when opening the trunk.

To be honest we arrived late in the evening so no time to explore St Etienne - so can only comment on the room which was comfortable and clean. Secure underground parking is a bonas. Hotel fairly easy to find and just off the main road - again, helpful when needing somewhere to briefly rest your head for the night before continuing your journey.

All of the staff we encountered were pleasant, helpful, and fluent in at least 2 languages. Our room was clean and had aircon. The beds were comfortable and the room was big enough though not over generous. Secure underground parking was a plus.

Breakfast was good value for money, location great and parking good - important for us. Room was well appointed and quiet. Appreciated the tea/coffee in the room.

Clean and modern interior.. Clean carpets in room and hallways. Room with comfy bed , It was a cold night but room was warm Kettle and tea/coffee in room Very good choice in breakfast buffet Free parking underground carpark with direct lift access. Obviously management has attention to detail. .

Breakfast good. Location ok, 10/15 min walk into town. Secure underground parking for the motorbikes a big plus.
