Overview
Hotel ibis Rouen Sud Zénith is ideally located opposite the Zénith and Exhibition Park in the south of Rouen. It is 7 km from the city centre and offers private parking and Wi-Fi. It is easily accessed from the A13 which is 10 minutes away. Rouen Train Station is also a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

“Comfortable and friendly stop over on a long journey”
Really good location, just off the A13 for a stop over on a long journey. Very nice breakfast with lots to choose from and easy self serve buffet style. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff very friendly and accommodating. A really easy and comfortable break which was much appreciated during a long journey.

“Venue for concert”
We had a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet. The staff are very attentive and polite. Breakfast was plenty and very good. Excellent location for the Zenith. If you want to travel to Rouen town, there is a bus stop outside the hotel (T4) which is very convenient.

The room and bathroom were very clean. It was very helpful that a member of staff informed me that we should move our car to the Ibis specific car park, which has a locked gate. The breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. The recommendation of the Italian restaurant was helpful. The location was nice as there were paths for taking a walk, amongst the trees. We would definitely stay here again.

Showers were broken (shower head didn't stay fixed in place) in both rooms. Breakfast was dubious quality. Had to ask three times for the cot we requested.

Been there many times and always good, although I don’t think the breakfast was as good as usual. No English breakfast tea for one thing.

“Perfectly adequate stopover.”
Location with secure parking. Quick access to the city by bus directly in front of the hotel. Well located for local craft beers and Italian restaurant just a few mins walk. Lovely comfortable beds. We all slept great.

“Happy we tried out IBIS Styles.”
This hotel has everything you need and most importantly a super comfortable bed. From a bar to a limited but quality small meals menu to a great breakfast and really thoughtful sustainability initiatives, and a reasonable sized (albeit on the small size- but workable) we are now a convert to IBIS Styles having previously tried IBIS and decided not to repeat the experience.

“Efficient and friendly hotel !”
Staff is very friendly and efficient! A particular friendly welcome from Solene with a very late check-in and dinner! The hotel / rooms are clean with excellent breakfast (basic but with fresh and multiple choices)

“Great place for overnight when travelling in France.”
Friendly staff, bilingual for those that need it. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and the beds comfy. Secure parking was available round the back. Breakfast was a buffet with excellent coffee.

“Ok for a night”
Well, it was close to my supplier. The airco / heater worked fine and there was a TV. Free tea and croissants in the lobby. Free gated parking.
