“Wouldn't come again”
The room was dirty, literally dust on the nightstand. Pool was very disappointing. Hot tub wasn't working. Had to ask for towels. Overall just super disappointed. Beds were so lumpy that we had back issues for the rest of our trip. Didn't seem like anyone working there wanted to be there

“A nice hotel that needs a fair bit of work to keep it from looking run-down.”
The room was clean, had a reasonable amount of coffee and sugar/fake creamer/etc. There was a fridge and a microwave which we didn't use. The bed was *very* comfortable. There was a decent variety of options for breakfast, it was okay, but low-end with all disposable plates and cutlery, no visible 'service' to replace things or top up low stock. They did have a self- make waffle station and hot breakfast items.

“Great stay/breakfast for the price!”
Breakfast was great. It was nice not to have to find my own food in the morning. The room we had was quiet and in good condition. Despite being off a busy road, I didn't hear any traffic noises at night. The shower was amazing! Wonderful water pressure. Nitish, even though he couldn't solve my computer trouble in the 'business center', was very kind and helpful. Thank you, Nitish!

“Lackluster”
I booked for two rooms, when i got there they only had one room available and gave us a hard time with getting the second room. They charged my college for a room, that they "found".
