“A wonderful stay”

We had a wonderful stopover at La Coulee Verte, the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden was very peaceful with beautiful views and a choice of seating areas for relaxing/reading/sunbathing. We managed to fit in some wine tasting, which was just a short walk away and was a very enjoyable experience. Vanessa was the perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. We opted to have an evening meal on the terrace and the food was delicious. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

It's a very cosy house in the middle of the vineyards. The view is simply amazing. The atmosphere is homely and peaceful.

The host was incredibly co-operative and reassuring about our unplanned and very late arrival, and cooked us a 5-star meal very late in the day. Great hospitality. the accommodation is exceptionally clean and high quality.

Very warm welcome from Vanessa ; we arrived much later in the evening than anticipated, we had not eaten, and our hostess made us a very nice meal ; the location is superb with a stunning panoramic view of the countryside ; we enjoyed our dinner looking at the sunset ; the room was perfect, full of character and authenticity , not like those clinical hotel rooms you find in most places. If we have travel thought the region again, we would definitely come back ! thank you !!!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Vanessa is the nicest, most kind and attentive host I've ever encountered. Her home is lovely, the surroundings are peaceful and the access is easy. Vanessa has thought of everything to make your stay the best possible. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house, it was so cozy and comfortable. I truly felt taken care of. Wonderful location, very clean and comfortable room with a huge bed. We used the half pension option. The host cooked a very delicieus dinner for us. We had good conversations and it was a pleasure meeting the host Vanessa. This all made us feel at home at La Coulee Verte.

Thank you Vanessa for a lovely couple of days R&R, a very pleasant relaxing stay, great company and surroundings. Loved the music show!

Property easy to find and in a gorgeous location overlooking the countryside. Host met us as we drove in and welcomed us to her home. Bedroom clean, comfortable and well presented. We ate dinner at the house in front of a large picture window with a magnificent view. Local wines served and food excellent.

Vanessa was very kind and helpful. She even made gluten free profiteroles as one of us was strictly gf. Her food was delicious.

A beautiful house and Vanessa was a lovely, attentive host. The room was comfortable with a cute little cove for our 6 year old boy. The bathroom is gorgeous, and although you share the bathroom, you don't notice the other guests. The surrounding vineyards offer enjoyable walks.

Vanessa is a fantastic host, she was friendly and warm and very helpful. We had some friends staying in a campsite nearby, we had booked to have a meal at La Coulee Verte with our friends and Vanessa offered to drive down to the campsite to pick them up and drop them back afterwards. This was very much appreciated, as was the lovely meal.
