“The best B&B we’ve ever stayed in - absolutely incredible”

The hosts, Les and Ken, are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. Their recommendations for restaurants etc were absolutely perfect. The property is beautiful. Rooms are large and the bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of attention to detail. Breakfast is homemade, changes daily and is delicious, and of a very high standard. The property is like a luxury hotel in someone’s home - well worth the price. Cannot recommend highly enough, absolutely outstanding

House is relatively new and very well maintained/clean. Easy walk to the core area of the small village. Plenty of cycling and walking trails. Breakfast was excellent, beverages (alcohol and non-alcohol) in common fridge. Coffee and tea in room. Comfy!

Fantastic B&B. Good quiet position which was easy to find. Way 10 minute stroll to centre where lots of restaurants available. Greeted on arrival by Ken who was very friendly and very informative. Very nice homely feel. Room was large and spotlessly clean as was the en-suite. Lovely themed furnishings. Excellent home cooked breakfast and nice easy going and relaxed chat with Ken and Les.

The lovely warm welcome into Les and Ken's beautiful home. The home cooked breakfasts were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented and served in Les and Ken's lovely kitchen. The bed was so comfy and the bedroom and furnishings super - we loved the little bricks :-) The fridge contents were much appreciated and it was great to be able to sit on the deck with a cold drink. Thank you, both!

“Exceptional home and host that pampers guests with delicious meals and special touches”

The premises were exceptionally clean, and the home was lovely and very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very tasty, and beautifully presented. There were fresh baked muffins, fruit/yogurt parfaits, in addition to a hot plated breakfast. There were also delicious chocolate chip cookies plated and left on our bedside tables in the evening. I have an allergy to cocoa, and Les made a special batch of cookies with white chocolate for my enjoyment. The room and bed were very comfortable, well appointed, and spacious. Les was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat and activities. He also kindly offered to give us a ride back to the B&B if we were caught in the rain.

We were welcomed into the most beautiful home. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was made with love. Homemade granola and muffins came alongside a hot cooked breakfast.. The breakfasts are something special.

Excellent breakfast including chats with the hosts and other guests; large, very comfortable room; very well kept; easy walk to downtown, the gardens, and the beach.

Excellent and freshly made breakfast. Good variety of items served all fresh and hot. Room was immaculate with full amenities and clear instructions for room device functions along with site services. Location is within walking distance St. Andrews town center and harbor.

Cleanliness, quality of decor fixtures and furnishings as well as really good taste. Attention to detail in facilities and warm welcome from the hosts. Great balcony with free beer and soda. Breakfast was full some and well presented

Outstanding French toast and maple syrup. Very good coffee and OJ. Great ambiance at breakfast with Les and the other guests. The bed was most comfortable and the room temperature perfect (the outside temperature helped in that it wasn't too hot). Saw the "pet" deer in the yard and the front of the property, which was most pleasant. Walking distance to Katy's Cove and to downtown; a short five-minute walk to Braxton's at the Algonquin.

Extremely comfortable, beautifully and tastefully decorated, great location walking distance to the town. Fabulous breakfasts, a guest fridge full of goodies, and above all two of the friendliest, most hospitable people you could wish to meet. Nothing too much for them, great tips on dining and things to do. Put this place on your list of must visits, we couldn’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return.
