“I would not contemplate using this restaurant hotel or booking .com again. We lost £90 bad experienc”
no obvious available parking and no one to help or advise. This is a restaurant with 4 rooms which opens at 6.45 we arrives at 5.15 the only apparent parking was public and the only available spaces were in front of a pharmacy for clients only. There were no staff to direct us and we have no understanding of the parking rules so we left for an other venue and asked for a refund as it was impossible to stay there and park safely. In the absence of help we had to go but no refund or compensation waa offered. Booking Com we're no help either.
