Unable to rate. This hotel was pre paid. Upon arrival we were told we had not paid and therefore our rooms had been given to others. When I confirmed the payment email staff attempted to delete the email from phone. My group then had to travel to a number of other hotels to find accommodation. The only saving grace was Yoko did finally agree to cover that accommodation which was less than I had paid .
