“Great for families, everything catered for”
For a family, this was great. I loved that they had a dedicated nappy bin in our room. The room was a good size and the staff were very friendly. All the amenities were available. Access to the department store was good.

Very good location, easy to go anywhere by train. Also there are a lot of good restaurants close to the hotel. Recommend this hotel.

Location is the best you can ask for in Sagami-ono, right above the shops and station. Facilities are good for short to medium stays with washing machine and microwave available. Good size rooms for Japan, felt very comfortable. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Also the spa on the 14th floor was fantastic for a relaxing massage!
