The location is very good, very close to JR Saga station, with some restaurants in the area and a convenience store within walking distance.

It is near to the JR station. The staffs are being very attentive and helpful. We arrived prior to check-in time to leave our luggages. It was a rainy days and we arrived slightly wet. Before leaving, the staff, on her own initiative, offered to lend us umbrella. How helpful it is! Thumbs up for the staffs!

The hotel was very close to the station and there were multiple parking lots in the city center. The staff was very nice and provided extra towels and amenities for every night of the stay without needing to request anything. The bed was large enough for two people and there was a lot of space to move around the bed and desk.

Staff were friendly and attentive at check-in. Reliable facilities as you expect from an APA hotel. Close to the station so a great base for exploring Saga and the surrounding area.

“The room is compact, but the rest of it is fine. It's the best choice for a low-cost stay.”
The location is great. You can see the JR station right from the window. There's convenience stores and a supermarket with the tax-free counter in 5-minute walk. It's good for customers like me who didn't buy the hotel breakfast. The elevator is fast. Room is clean for sure.

“Best hotel near Saga Station!”
Room was comfortable and although we didn’t prepay for breakfast we ended up buying breakfast because there aren’t many sit down restaurants nearby that were open.
