My wife and I spent two wonderful nights in Safronbolu and the hotel was ideal. Close to the town centre with street parking available outside. The breakfast was superb, the owner and staff were so nice and helpful.. Highly recommended.

We love everything about it!! The location, the room, the amenities, the breakfast, the view…you name it. They get everything covered. They even have washing machine for all the guest to use. They cook you fresh breakfast. Sunny side egg, omelettes, bread, turkish samosa, fries. We love it!! The toilet were super clean and nicely warm also good water flows. Turkiye that time is cold but their room is comfortably warm and we had a very good nite sleep. Overall its an excellent stay 😍

“Charming little hotel with stunning views”

Everything was fantastic. The host Murat went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He even dropped us off at the bus station at the end of our stay. The room was beautiful and the view over the town absolutely stunning. And the breakfast was also delicious, varied and big. A magical little place. We wish we could have stayed longer. Without a doubt, our favourite hotel of our trip in Turkey. Hopefully we will be back one day 😌 Thankyou Murat and good luck with the garden!

Absolutely amazing place and a kind people. Never before have I encountered such sincere care and desire to help, it felt like I came to old friends. Wonderful authentic hotel, wonderful view and excellent breakfasts.

The owner Mohammad is very nice and helpful. It was easy to communicate with him. The room was clean and the Ottoman style is just a once in a lifetime experience. The breakfast was also amazing. The location is just perfect. Three minutes walk to the busy bazzar, but the hotel itself it's at a quiet area.

The hotel has a great view of the adorable town, and just 5 minutes walk to the old market, very convenient. The room is clean and warm, breakfast is excellent! “Nice and quiet place.”

A very traditional homestay. The boss’s wife is super cordial, friendly and helpful. She bakes very delicious cakes and cookies. She speaks very little English, but Google Translate solves all the problems. Breakfast is extremely good and nicely present. They pick up and send back to bus station when available. Only 5 minutes walk to Safranbolu old town, hundreds of shops and cheap! Tasted the local dumplings and pasty with spinach, yummy.

"The breakfast was very nice, and you can choose to sit either indoors or outdoors. If you sit outside, there are many cats that will keep you company, which is delightful. The room we stayed in offered a lovely view of the city, which was also very nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was very good. Amazing view from the (shared) balcony! And breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey!

The konak is just wonderfull, everything you need The linen is in the old style, like in a museum, so nice! . And the view is amazing. The breakfast is a generous one, eggs in 3 modes, a turkish nice experience. And the host is amazing, everything is for you to feel great. Even he helped us to clean the car. Thank you for such a wonderfull experience.

Excellent location, price and views. Owner very fiendly and staff at the kitchen and breakfast very friendly and polite, excellent cooks. Great room and marvellous views on Safranbolu. They have built a wonderful garden. The mattress were a little hard for us but apart from this all wonderful. We highly recommend it. We were in his new building.

“It was definitely a very good stay, relaxing, a nice place to unwind.”

The location (walking distance to the old town), view, breakfast and the host friendliness are superb. I stayed for 3 nights, the room for the first 2 nights are older, the room for 3rd night is definitely the better one, newer, cleaner, bigger window with mosquito net that prevent inserts and with a shared balcony. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas for breakfast with good view as well. There is a little yard outside the breakfast block facing the mountain which is breathtaking. The host also helped to arrange a day trip to Amasra and offer to send me to the bus station. Besides, free flow of tea and drinking water are provided too.
