“BED BUG INFESTATION!!!”

The hotel was located on a dark, isolated street that felt unsafe, especially at night. There were groups of people loitering nearby, which made us feel uncomfortable. When we arrived late at night, tired from our journey, we immediately noticed something was wrong with the room. After checking more carefully, we realized that the bed sheets had not been changed; they had simply been neatly remade. After lying on the bed for a short while, our whole bodies started itching. We then discovered that the bedding underneath was dirty and had not been replaced. When we stripped the bed and inspected it more closely, we found BED BUGS! It was absolutely horrifying. The hotel tried to offer us another room, but the second room had exactly the same problem. It was also very dirty. Under no circumstances should a hotel room have BED BUGS! Finding bed bugs in the room was shocking and created a serious health and hygiene concern. As a result, we were forced to change hotels at midnight and move elsewhere, where the conditions were much better. We requested compensation for the inconvenience, but the hotel refused to provide any refund or compensation.

Excellent staff and perfect location. All amenities and food places on your doorstep. Corniche just a few minutes walk away in lovely surroundings. Hotel was very clean all around and breakfast was good.

The breakfast was similar to all the hotel's I've been in Morocco. The parking is on the street in front of the reception. The staff was friendly, when we asked for extra glasses they helped immediately. The receptionist recommended a restaurant nearby where the food was good.

The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, matresses are super good, and the place is very clean. You have everything you need for a decent stay. The breakfast is nice - traditional, but very good. The reception personell was super warm with us. I would stay again (but not in winter - see below).

Nothing as I haven’t stayed there. Just as I arrived at the hôtel, I received a call that they canceled my réservation. The reason ? A so called bug in their system. But through booking, you have to pay online, not at the property. Option not available.

appearances are deceitful. the room presented good, bathroom was a good size. location is good.

The room was clean and very spacious as it included a Moroccan-style seating area. The shower pressure and the water temperature were perfect. Breakfast was good and quickly served

Stay was very pleasant. Staff woeking at the hotel had very friendly and warm approach. Additionally, receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. Comfortable bed and access ro small balcony. Great location. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
