Great value with nice emplacement near the beach. Facilities are well maintained and high quality. Only three parking spots in front of the villa but there's plenty of space just 20 meters away if the parking is full. The host was very nice and gave us many recommendations for places to eat at.

Beautiful house right by the sea. The photos on the listing are accurate, it really is spacious and clean. We had a friendly greeting when we arrived and checkin and out was easy. They provided towels, pyjamas, slippers to use in the villa for our stay. Face and body products are also provided in the shared shower rooms. There are 5 rooms in the guest house in total meaning the shared spaces do not feel busy. Some breakfast available for an optional small cost using local produce, it was delicious! We only stayed one night but I can see it being good for a long stay with the kitchen facilities.

Beautiful location directly opposite the coast. The building was also beautiful, being modern Japanese in style. Bedrooms were well appointed, small but supremely comfortable as well as quiet. The floor to ceiling windows in the shared living space were gorgeous.

Very sharp design with fab outlook from dining area over the beach. Beds ultra comfortable with lovely duvet and pillows. Nice Japanese design touches and retention of slipper culture. Fully equipped kitchen so that one can prepare own food. The place has a feeling of a ski chalet by the beach. Just 90m away is the wonderful Yakitori Yajima restaurant. A must visit with great food at great value.

The room was absolutely delightful. Plenty of space, great wood finish and a good selection of dimmable lighting. The staff were a real standout; they were able to help me with my many questions, and were kind and considerate throughout. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

“Cosy modern seaside house in Sado”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa - although we had less than 24 hours! - the house is tastefully decorated, cosy and the reception was welcoming. The young lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome, detailed information about the house and the breakfast. The rooms and the shower is very clean and well stocked with personal care products for guests use. The sea is only across the room. It was quiet and beautiful. The restaurant downstairs is a good place to enjoy a good meal. Supermarket, bus stop, restaurants are all within walking distances. To the port is 40minutes by bus or 20minutes drive. Would love to come back.

“Wish I could move in here 😅”

I liked Sado and the Guest Villa so much, I even extended my stay and spend 4 nights. Wish I could have even stayed longer. Where do I start; the house itself is just very pretty already from the outside, but so is the interior. You have a spacious living area with kitchen and a big balcony with ocean view (must be nice in summer) and everything is very tidy and clean. The bathrooms and toilets (several of both) are also clean, modern and with all the necessities you might need. I had the single room which was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable one on my 6 weeks of travelling ☺️ I also used the breakfast option for 500 Yen selfmade everyday and was allowed to use the laundry for free! Second gem about the Villa is Mitsu himself :) he is so kind, engaged, caring and helpful. You can tell that he loves his Hotel and makes an effort for all the details. Location: very good for public transport especially for the south and west of sado. Bus station not even 5 minutes away, Lawson 24/7 not even 10 minutes. takes about 40 minutes from the ferry by bus. You see and hear the ocean all the time 🤗 10/10 recommend. This made my stay really special and I hope to be back soon.

Villa with good view on the beach. Confy room, luxurious shared facilities (living room, kitchen, toilets). Good self-service breakfast for 500 yen. The location is pretty good, since it is close to a bus station which allows you to go to the main port (Ryotsu) and to visit the golden mines and Ogi/Shukunegi without transfer. Near the villa there are several good dining options.

I really loved the view and the staff was amazing too with many tips both regarding dining and sights.
