“A brilliant gite.”
Fabienne and Jean Michel are the perfect hosts, we arrived at 7.30ish and needed some groceries Jean Michel jumped on his bike and said follow me, we did and we got our groceries just in time The shop closed at 8pm. They were helpful on all points.. The gite is lovely and quaint. It was very clean it had everything that we needed.

“Stunning character filled property. Just a fabulous place to relax and close to amenities”
We loved everything about our stay. Very warm and welcoming hosts with excellent English. Showed us around the house and gave us lots of info about the local area. The property is just delightful. Fully equipped and really excellent use of space. The garden is pleasant and the children used the swing and croquet set. There is also table tennis The upstairs bedrooms are on a mezzanine so sloping ceilings but this gave them character and the rooms are spacious. We loved our downstairs ensuite bedroom. The whole house has a lovely feeling to it and we thought it was pretty special. Our wine bottles were added to the garden wall :) The bathroom is downstairs but beautifully designed and no issue to us. We enjoyed cycling from the House and also visiting Bordeaux, local Chateau, the nearby Piste de Lapabie. The little tabac in nearby Lignan De Bordeaux on the cycle path is a great little place to stop for drinks Would love to stay in autumn or winter too. We will definitely be back :)

“Very enjoyable country living.”
This is a property that was once a wine storage area. It has been imaginatively converted into a unique, comfortable residence. Its story is told in a short booklet explaining its name and backgrouns. It has every modern convenience, washing machine, dish washer, ironing facilities etc. When we arrived late we were met by a patient and gracious landlord. The present of a bottle of Bordeaux's best rouge was much appreciated.
