“Release the room even tho confirm booking”
They just released my booking even tho it's confirmed and already informed that i will arrive midnite .. so me and family have to sleep inside the car coz it's holiday no more hotel available nearby .. drive almost 8 hours for this terrible services .

All great but location about 10km+ from Dannok. But it is fine the receptionist offered me early check in and no additional charges from late checkout. Upon checking out i also had some takeway breakfast for free. Higly recommended this place and the Pool super nice. Affordable for 6 of us and just 10 min drive away from Dannok + additinal 35min to Hatyai. Thank you so much for your good service

“Recommended place to stay with your family.”
The room is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Although it's a bit far from Hat Yai (about 40km), but valuable when you wanted to return back to Malaysia (not far from the border). I very like the staff as he can promote me extracting place and halal food around the place. As not expected, we received a souvenir upon check out!! Thanks to Banana Resort Sadao!!

We were really pleased with our stay there. The owner and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was great and close to everything. Room was clean especially the bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
