“DONT BOOK HERE - THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. - IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY DONT HELP YOU”
WARNING! DONT BOOK HERE We booked this accommodation for our return from holiday on 10 till 11 August 2023. Due to weather conditions due to the storm 'Hans' we were stuck in the village of Al in Norway for two days and there was really no possibility to reach the hotel in time. We called and email the accomodation to cancel our booking but there was no understanding or service whatsoever. They charged us the full price even though it was impossible for us to get there on time

Firstly, I had booked a King Suite which was randomly cancelled by either booking.com or the Hotel. Both kept blaming each other. I had to book again as it was just before we arrived. The cook checked us in (at 7pm). The bathrooms and toilets are shared like a dorm. The breakfast is pretty crappy. Terrible place and service.
