This was a terrible experience. As soon as I booked the room, they contacted me on WhatsApp asking for my location. After a two-hour , I arrived at what looked like a villa area. I texted them on WhatsApp to confirm I'd arrived, but they told me the room wasn't ready and housekeeping wasn't done. I immediately called them, but they didn't pick up. When I asked why, they said their 'phone is in the office.' I asked how long it would take for to complete houskeeping, but they didn't reply and instead sent me a new location that was very far away and asked me to go to that location for room. They are totally fake.
