Overview
Located in the Aragonese Pyrenees, Valle de Tena camping ground has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. It is just 30 minutes’ drive from Formigal Ski Resort. Bicycles are available for rent. All bungalows at Camping Valle de Tena have a furnished terrace and mountain views. Most include a full bathroom and a living-dining area with a fully-equipped kitchenette. Some only feature a twin bedroom and a private bathroom. The bungalows do not have Air conditioning. There is a restaurant, snack bar and shop at the camping ground. More shops and restaurants can be found in the town of Sabiñánigo, a 5-minute drive away. Valle de Tena Camping has a children’s playground and table tennis tables. Candanchú and Astún Ski Resort can both be reached within 50 minutes by car, and Panticosa is just a 25-minute drive away. The Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park is about 40 minutes’ drive away.

“Nice site and location. Book one of the larger lodges if you intend to stop more than a night!”
The site itself was pleasant set in the foothills of pyrenees, I suspect that there are some great country walks in the woods nearby. We didn't explore the area as we were just for an overnight stop. The receptionist lady was helpful. There was a bar/restaurant though didn't stay open late. The wooden lodge we booked was compact but comfortable and was perfectly adequate for a short stay or overnight stop. Pets were accepted and coupled with the country location was our reason for selecting.

“Nice escape between nature and the city”
Loved the cosiness of the bungalow with kitchenette: very organised with the basic needs and I really appreciated the mosquito nets in all windows. We travelled in September with our dog, the camping was not crowded but all the services were available. We had nice breakfasts at the restaurant, which was still open, and quiet and relaxing walks in nature around the area. Quite recommended.

Fantastic staff, and really helpful. Lovely warm and homely accommodation. Close to formigal, panticosa, Astún and Candanchu ski stations. This is a hidden jewel if you want to spend a winter holiday skiing.

A great location with stunning views. Loads of parking right by the door. Well equipped with great WiFi. Easy access to the outdoors for my dog.

“Ideal for our stopover, stunning scenery.”
We stayed in a cabin with no kitchen and was ideal for a one night stopover. We had a meal at a local bar then called into the site restaurant for a drink and wished we had eaten there, the food looked good and reasonably priced.
