“True hospitality and value for money”
We were moved to a different room because the bathroom sink pipe to the room we booked burst but wow! Eunice was so lovely and hospitable about it and moved us to a different room. No fights. No fuss. What you book is exactly what you’ll get. Service Quality: 5 Eunice was such a delight. Very friendly, prompt and responsive. Cleanliness: 4 No significant complaints. I pick up dust easily because of my sensitivity to it, but I didn't struggle at all in my room. Our room was clean. Amenities: 4 Really does depend on what you’re looking for when you’re booking a property. There is a braai area but I really enjoyed the little veranda/porch with chairs outside the rooms to enjoy the view. It is very private as well. Location: 5 Good location if you’re looking for affordable accommodation and travelling as far as Graskop/Pilgrims rest and surrounds for sightseeing. Driving distances are reasonable. So this worked well for us. Engen petrol station, shoprite and KFC are walkable distances/ 1-2 minutes drives. Value for Money: 5 What you book is exactly what you’ll get. Read the description so you know what to expect. The prices are fair. But otherwise I would still recommend.

Great location, right in town. Very friendly and helpful maid. Spacious kitchen/dining room. Free tea and coffee. The security was good.
