“A very good stay”
The perfect location! The hotel is right on the beach, you can hear the sea from the terraces, the restaurant, the gym. I love all the little corners dotted around the property, a lot of shared space! Breakfast is really good, it has plenty of choice and the restaurant is amazing!

Location, lovely beach, quiet and clean, short walk over the bridge into town, good selection of bars and restaurants with fantastic food and beverages, quite location, good stop for a couple of days R&R. Breakfast had a wide selection of foods for most tastes, breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. I think this hotel was once a gem to visit, but has lost its soul and it's like no one cares and just accepts that this is how it is

Beautiful (and the first constructed) hotel in Sabaudia, situated just on the beach. Perfect location, all necessary facilities, very good hotel restaurant with sea view terrace. Number 1 in Sabaudia and good value for money (especially outside high season).

The room was ready before the check-in time. The hotel was on to the beach, the breakfast on the terrace was really good and provided lots of options. The parking was very well organised.

“Very relaxing, a great place to stay if you want absolute peace and quiet.”
It was understated (old) Italian elegance, not mirrors and chrome bling. It was beautifully quiet and peaceful with very comfortable rooms and plenty of sun beds on the private beach.

“Fantastic break at the sea in Parco Circeo”
The hotel is at the waterfront and if you wish you hear the sea vawes all night. It's the place you want to spend with your friends or alone, looking at the sea and reflecting or writing. Perfect place for a break or mini-break form your daily life not far from Rome!
