“Amazing cabin in a great accessible location. It had everything we needed and would highly recommend”

Location was wonderful, away from the central point of town and had minimal light pollution, but was within easy reach of all necessary facilities. Transport links were super and the shuttle bus dropped us off outside the cabins. The staff were very responsive to our messages and were super helpful . The cabin was very cosy, comfortable and had everything needed for our break. We loved the cabin sauna, which was very a relaxing end to each day.

“Majestic!”

Absolutely MAJESTIC! Wish I could stay there longer! Ski resort is just a couple of minutes away by car. The area is not crowded which made it more pleasant.

“Good Arctic Log Cabin”

Dora was so helpful. Arrived immediately to help and assist us to put on the sauna. Everything was as expected. This was our 3rd stay at the Arctic Log cabin, we will come back again. Thanks for hosting.

We loved the look and feel of these little cabins - the fireplace was a nice extra touch. The rooms are very small and awkward if you are 5-6 people but this wasn't an issue at all for us since we were out and about most of the day. The kids loved sleeping up top!

“Cozy cozy cabin”

Beautiful cozy cabin! The sauna was large enough to comfortably fit 3 people and it was nice and hot. Fire was great and easy to light, kitchen facilities also good too. Pretty good location, about 15 mins to the supermarket and 20 to the pub. Also the tiles are heated in the bathroom which was a very welcome extra

“The perfect escape”

The cabins ‘feel’ remote, a great escape to unplug and just be surrounded by nature - but the town, activities and everything you could want are a short walk away. It is clear a great deal of care has been taken to ensure guests have every comfort they could wish for. The cabin was spotlessly clean, cozy and well equipped.

Almost everything

An amazing place. The cabin was absolutely comfortable, we had everything we needed. Its location in the forest was perfect.

Arctic Log Cabins exceeded our expectations, we has great experience staying in Saariselka and in this accomodation. Very convenient, everything you need is available, in kitchen is everything all you need to prepare the meals. On our roadtrip it was one of the coolest accommodation we had. Very much recommended.

It was Cozy and clean. perfect sleep and everything is wonderful.

We liked that it was a standalone house without direct neighbours. Peaceful neighborhood, authentic cabin, and all basic supplies were available.

“Beauiful, cozy stay”

This was the best stay on our trip. The house is wooden, beautiful and very conveniently located. The key is stored in a key box. We had a fire place, a sauna, and a small third room that you had to climb some steep stairs to get to. The house is one of twelve houses located next to each other, however, we haven't noticed the other visitors, apart from the time everyone stepped outside for some aurora watching. The appartment complex is right north of Saariselkä. You could walk to the national park in under half an our or drive for 5 minutes. We haven't met the host as everything was handeled digitally. The process made a well organized impression.

“A peaceful weekend”

We stayed in chalet number 8. The location was good, 15 min walk to Saariselka center. The walking path was very nice, we also saw Aurora. We forgot the key inside and we were locked out, they came and opened it within 10 minutes. The handbook is very explanatory, the sauna was easy to use. They let us check out for free until 12 noon. It is a quiet and peaceful place. Not as written, bed linen and towels were free. You just need to lay them yourself in whichever room you are going to sleep in.
