Owner super helpful. Good location to be out of the main small town but still walkable. Plenty of beds & space for our family of 5 but would be way too small for a group of adults as only one toilet/bathroom. Very very steep stairs not great for young kids or mobility impaired. Fab to have a sauna! We used it lots and enjoyed sitting out in the snow afterwards! Beds averagely comfy - bit soft. Masses of kitchenware - really well equipped and all very clean. We saw the northern lights!! Right over the cabin on our last night - defo get an app to alert you if you stay here.

“Good value for money”

It was cozy. Living room is bigger than it seems on the photos. Fireplace is great. Nice sauna and you can jump into the snow straight after, which was great. Great and helpful hosts. We also did snowmobiles with them which was great. All the cleaning supplies, toilet paper, dishwasher, hand soap is provided.

Lots of space, everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Kids loved playing outside in the snow - there was plenty of space to play. Quiet location & only 15 minute walk into town. Ivalo Airport shuttle bus stop only 100m away made transfers really easy. I loved the drying cupboard & sauna!

We really enjoyed the place, we were a family of 4, so plenty of room. If you are 8, it then begins to be a bit tight (only one small toilet for example). The kitchen is very well furnished, there's plenty of room in the mezzanine to put your stuff, there were sledges, the sauna...and Maria has been always very helpful and quick to answer to all our questions. We'll come back !

Brilliant location, close to everything but also quiet with woods around. Very cosy and comfortable with great facilities. Amazing wood fire! Seeing Aurora from the bedroom window

A great little apartment which felt like it was in the countryside but was close enough to be able to walk to restaurants and ski resort. The beds were very comfortable and it was well equipped with everything a family might want. There was a log store with wood provided for the fire and a small sauna.

The location is easy to find and walkable distance from the bus stop. The host is great and had recommended good spots for northern light sighting. If you drive, it only takes you around 10 mins to get to the ski resort.
