The stand out feature has to be the staff. In particular Bahar - nothing was too much trouble. He really was the highlight of the stay, his hospitality was genuine and exceptional.

I have been to this hotel many times but the owners are not improving the hotel. There are no chairs to sit outside. No wifi but the rooms are very clean. I could have given a lower rating if I wanted to, but I am giving it a 10 because of the manager Bahar here. The Bahar face is very nice. He is very happy and smiling. He helps me whenever I need him. Honestly, I booked the hotel just to see him.

Very nice room and very clean. The mattresses are very comfortable Bahar is very nice and always helped us. He controls the whole hotel, talks to everyone with a smile and helps everyone whenever needed.

The hotel is in a secluded place but there are plenty of others as well in the area and is actually well-built with a rustic exterior and interior on Jebel Shams. It was enjoyable and comfortable and worth the money. The room was well stocked and the host staff was very friendly and was provided with high speed internet and a clean/comfortable room to sleep in.
