Location of hotel is near the town centre. Rooms were big and clean for the location. As it was a road trip, I like the convenience that I could park right beside the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I met the owner of the hotel and he also recommended good hotels to stay in Cambodia.

Breakfast is set for Asian people, not for farang No cereals provided, nor milk for same . No milk for coffee and tea, also applies to the room which has an electric kettle but no cups etc. I complained to the lady which saw a cup provided, with coffee and tea bags? But no sugar or milk! I decided to have some toast for breakfast!, but no knife to spread the butter. I noticed some using the back of a spoon to spread the butter, which was the only thing to put on my toast, no jam etc? Was provided with a knife to spread the butter! That was my breakfast, food provided was for Asian

Lovely for an overnight stop. Sa Keao hasn’t much to offer so ate in the restaurant which had Thai food only. Very good and at reasonable prices

I have used this place 2 times now and love it ,very clean and comfortable rooms, great location and very quiet breakfast was good and staff were really nice.

Nice hotel setup. Like having your own cabin. Parking outside your room. Basic room, but clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, Easy to find hotel and good location near all the highways in and out of town.

“Golden House is good value for the money and friendly staff. I would stay again”

-The breakfast was actually good for being free. Thai chicken dish with rice. Also , there was soup and rice porridge with little bit of pork. The soup was good , but too salty. Thin white bread for toast , instant coffee with powder creamer. Water , fresh soy milk and orange juice. For some reason the orange juice was salty all mornings. -The cafeteria was good size and clean. Dirty dishes always taken away from dirty dish shelf by kitchen staff. -There was beer for sale , not sure about other alcohol. -The bedding was very clean , thin comforter was very cozy and clean. -Not sure if all the rooms are the same , but TV was very good with many working channels. -Place to hang clothes , counter and 2 chairs -Small exercise room with Universal machine , bench , and free weights. -Looked like cafe on premises but did not go in.

Room is clean, and comfortable. WiFi connection is good. Power sockets are limited, but you can request from the reception for an extension cord, plus an electric kettle which is initially not provided inside the room. Smooth check-in, staff is friendly. Our room is rather close to the main road, but it's not noisy. Car is parked next to the house. Limited dishes for breakfast, but is good enough since is a buffet, I personally like its porridge and eggs. There's a cafe within the hotel's compound, you should get a better quality of coffee. Few minutes' drive to a nearest convenience store and a supermarket.
