“Friendly staff, good food and a good location.”

Great choice of good quality food, free car parking (although spaces are limited) and a good sized pool. The staff were very friendly and there is a nice sun terrace attached to the bar.

Everything was perfect, very big variety on both breakfast and dinner. Clean spacious rooms. We arrived very late to the hotel but supper waited for us which was very kind and thoughtful.

The view from our room was wonderful, and the sea was very close. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. The receptionist at check-in was kind and helpful — luckily, our early morning arrival was not a problem at all.

Excellent reception/night staff. Received a voucher for a free glass of carva - nice touch. Hotel exceptionally clean and had a lovely smell as soon as you walked in. Only stayed bed and breakfast but the quality/choice of food was very good. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Liked that we could get towels for the pool. Had to pay a deposit for them but was fully refunded when we returned them. The towels were very large and soft.

Rooms are so noisy its like no wall between the rooms. We couldn’t sleep

All the staff members are very helpful and friendly, the cleanings of the rooms were done properly everyday and it only takes five minutes to walk to the nearest beach.

We travel to Sa Coma a few times a year and love to stay at the Marfil Playa . Location is excellent. Pool area in June is relaxing. Staff happy and helpful. Receiving a bottle of wine in our room is a lovely touch. Will definitely return.

Very well organized - everything was excellent in the service, food and housekeeping.

For our needs, this hotel was perfect. While it’s a bit older, it served as an ideal base for exploring the island. We only had breakfast included, which was excellent – always fresh and well-stocked, and we started each day with a great meal. The view from the sixth floor was beautiful. We can’t rate the elevator – we took the stairs! Be aware that during meal times, you might spend extra time waiting for the elevator or being stuck inside it. Don’t be lazy and if you can, take the stairs instead :) Based on reviews, I brought good earplugs, so noise was never an issue. While the hotel’s thin walls are partly to blame, the nearby loud bars are not – but even so, we would happily choose this hotel again. The value for money was incredible.

“A great location in Sa Coma”

I have stayed at this hotel before and am always pleased with hotel facilities and staff. The location is great. I had a room with pool view and it was very quiet. There are plenty of sunbeds for guests. The terrace is ideal for trying out the cocktails from the bar. I had breakfast, the food was lovely and a great choice is available I love that the large reception area smells like a spa!
