“Enjoyable stay”

We enjoyed the view, beach, pool, and food. Everything was perfect! All hotel staff was helpful and kind. Special thanks to all reception staff, especially Thor and Angela for putting an extra effort to help us with a room change during a very busy period from 1st floor to 6th as we needed 2 rooms next to each other. We appreciated it a lot!

Clean, so close to the beach, there was no problem with anything, staff very nice, helpful. Big rooms , very clean. One of the nices hotel I’ve stay. And towels for pool you can change every day, no charge .

“Nice stay overall, but room location, noise, and limited sea view were downsides”

What we liked the most was the cleanliness - the hotel was spotless, and the staff cleaned thoroughly every day. The location was also perfect, right next to the beach. The food was decent; although there weren't too many options, everything was tasty and well-prepared.

Loved the location, views, food was great variety. The staff were very good, Claires margaritas in the pool bar were delicious. Pool was lovely and always got a seat. We will be back.

“A big dissapointment”

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, the advertisement is misleading — it clearly states there is a private beach, but there is none. This was one of the main reasons I booked, so I felt deceived. Secondly, the room was extremely noisy at night due to loud music from the bars below, which made it almost impossible to get any rest. The bedsheets were also of shockingly poor quality, made from plastic-like material that was very uncomfortable. On top of all this, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, often acting as if they were on a power trip rather than providing hospitality. For the price charged, I expected much more. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Good place if you have just a couple of days to spend in the beach”

The location, in front of a fantastic sandy beach, is great. And all rooms have balconies and a sea view. The swimming pool area with many sunbeds is great, it was amazing that there was no need to reserve a sunbed in advance. Maybe it is so because 90% of visitors are older Germans, but we really appreciate the fact that there are enough sunbeds.

Beautiful hotel, great location with fabulous sea view from all rooms. Very clean., pool area cleaned daily, direct access to Sa Coma beach. Very relaxing stay.

Quite a spacious room, with a beautiful view of the pool and the beach. Most of the reception staff were very pleasant, except for one person.

everything was great! cleanliness, food, service perfect. but the only fault is the beds, please replace them. You can put double beds in the double rooms, because the single beds are so creaky. But my recommendation for the hotel!

The service was excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional.
