This hotel is advertised as suitable for a relaxing break, but it’s actually a loud, child‑dominated resort. Constant noise, kids running around the restaurant, and even one knocking into our table and spilling sauce on me. I complained to reception on the second night — nothing was done. The hotel later denied I ever complained, which is untrue and unacceptable. Completely misrepresented and not worth the money.

“Fantastic Hotel”
The cleanliness at the hotel was 5 star! The rooms were spacious and modern. Staff were all really friendly. Food was lovely, always plenty of fresh choice. Entertainment was great for the kids, we all had a great time!

It was very clean, the staff were polite and friendly and the food was very good. There were plenty of sun beds - it wasn’t full but, even if it was, I think there’d still be plenty.

“Sa Coma stay”
Nice family hotel with decent clean rooms.Staff work extremely hard to make your stay comfortable. Sa Coma sandy beach is 10 min walk away wich is big enough and not too crowded in August with basic eating and shopping places. If you want some nice restaurants and shops you need to go to Cala Millor, which is 20-30 walking distance. Overall, it's a good family hotel with drinks included if you go HB.

“One of the best holidays we've had!”
We liked everything, there wasn't anything that we could've faulted! 😍 The reception staff were so helpful & polite, the rooms were spotlessly clean, good variety of food & drink, with several themed restaurants spread throughout the sister hotels adjacent to ours, you need to book in advance, but highly recommended, all included in the AI option! The pool area was very clean with plenty of sun beds, towels are available from reception for a €10 returnable deposit! We had a great view from our balcony of the sea & overlooking the pool, which was all lit up at night, very pretty! Good entertainment in the evenings & the entertainment team getting everyone involved during the daytime activities! & it was nice to see that disabled people were welcomed with good facilities too! Plenty of shops & restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from hotel & if you arrive late like we did, there is a Burger King literally a couple of minutes walk near the beach, that's open til midnight! The hotel does lay on a cold buffet for late arrivals, which was appreciated, but we fancied something a bit more filling, after a long day of travelling, we were starving! 😂🤣😂 Public transport is really good, we got the bus from the airport & back again, using our visa card for the 3 of us, tap on & then tap off, it's cheaper than buying individual tickets on board & the more in your party the more discount you get! Altho it looks like we did get charged a fee from our bank, it wasn't much & still worked out cheaper! The bus drops you off almost outside the hotel back gate, which is usually unlocked all day, but the main entrance is just round the corner & the bus stop to go back to the airport is just across the road! Journey takes about an hour & 20 minutes ish! Overall, we had one of the best holidays here! Wish we had booked a whole week! 😔 9th-13th September 2024 😁

The hotel was extremely clean and accessible. The resort had plenty to do with a family. The staff were also there when needed but never intruded which was refreshing. The food was beautiful with an extensive range of choices.

All the staff were friendly and gentle. I stayed all inclusive and my choice was perfect. The buffet menu for each meal was varied and constantly changing. I will stay Protur again if I came Mallorca.
