“Amazing Entertainment Team and Superb Location!”

Everything was amazing and most importantly, Staff! Tom, Jonathan, Chloe and the rest of the Entertainment Team, as well as the most amazing Life Guard made our stay extra special 🙏 can not wait to rerurn! Lovely staff, great effort they all go to with the kids and activities. The other guests have always been pleasant. Food is great, variety, quality, freshness. Football pitch is a must for my kids. Sa Coma is a nice part of the world, not rowdy, no late night parties, easy to rest and relax.

A great selection of food . Which was really good and fresh. Staff I. The restaurant staff were so friendly. The animation team were amazing. We didn’t really join in and they didn’t pressure you . There work so hard. The rooms were so clean. The whole hotel was spotless.

Well located right by the beach and pleasant and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a room better suited to our party (one two bedroom apartment) than our booking (2 separate rooms for family of 5), which was really great, and the room was modern, spacious and clean. Beds firm and very comfortable. Food was plentiful and kids loved the ice cream. Pool area had plenty of sun beds and tables and chairs. Everywhere was clean. The football pitch was a big hit too, with our kids befriending others of many nationalities through the medium of football!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to stay in our room on day of checkout until 5pm until our transport arrived.

Write me a negative hotel review for a four star hotel which was a maximum of two stars in my opinion. Explain that as a British same sex male couple one being disabled. Felt like we were being constantly stared at by other guests making me feel most uncomfortable. No assistance offered at reception upon check-in despite. Extreme that one of us has severe mobility difficulties. Tiny elevators with long weights for them. Crowded pool area. Lack of breakfast choice by 10 am only fruit left. Mattress extremely hard. Decent size bedroom though with a nice balcony and view. Very noisy pool area at night time the bar closing at 11 pm and then nowhere else to get a drink. It seems, within the hotel itself. Supposed to stay six nights but checked out after the first night definitely not a four star experiencehotel. Would not recommend. Have to pay if you want to use the safe. Have to pay deposit if you want towels only hand towels in the room. Cannot recommend this hotel at 200 euros per night all inclusive.

Perfect see view. Actually I think most of the rooms have see view, but we have the best on the last floor. Nice food, quite different and tasty

“Fantastic stay close to the beach!”

Hotel is in amazing location. Two minutes away from the beach and loads of shops and restaurants in the area. We had a family room, very clean and completely room with lovely sea view. Lots of space in the room and cleaned daily. Food was also really good, after staying in quiet few hotels in Europe, this one definitely had one of the best foods. Lots of choices and every day they tried to have few different options. Lovely and polite staff. Definitely would come back. It was a very relaxing stay :)

The food was good, especially in the beginning, when they didn't have many guests. After that it was a little worse. If you like watermelon be sure to come on time for lunch, after the first hour they will not bring it again.

The property was very nicely located with amazing views to the beach and easy access to other nice places. We rented a car which made it much easier to visit amazing places which weren’t far from the hotel. The staff was amazing and the all inclusive had a nice variety of food and drinks

Great location to the beach, good variety of food and drink, really enjoyed the adult only sun terrace. Room was a good size with an excellent power shower, balcony and good view. We found the staff courteous and helpful at all times, the animation guys worked hard all day and we always good fun without being overpowering.
