Buffet all inclusive was awesome. Room was clean and not noisy at all. We will definitely go back soon.

The hotel was so so clean, the food was great and a good selection of options with different things on the menu every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the suites are spacious very clean and comfortable

Breakfast was very good. I liked the pool area and we had all enough space and sunbeds. The beach was very near so we could combine it with our swimming pool days. I also won the killer pool game and Rachel made it fun for all of us. The hotel was very quiet and the drinks were fine. The barkeepers made delicious cocktails and the staff was very helpful. The apartement section was very tranquil with our own swimming pool and non-alcoholic bar. We liked the evening market behind the hotel.

Its a good location that has nearby parking for those with a rental cars, also beach, shops and restaurants are nearby. Must say Alex in the bar does his job very well and cares for people.

This hotel was probably unbeatable concerning price/quality at the time of our reservation. 600€ for one week all in for three guests?!?!?!?! From the reception desk till the cleaning team every single staff member worked with a smile and did the best he could. And then there are the three clowns Alba, Valentin and the unforgettable Theo!!!! This one is a crazy diamond!!! I almost had to force my teenage girl to come back home with us!!! You all made our holiday wonderful. Thanks

Very good location, close to the sea. Lots of free parking spaces on street. Lots of food choices for every taste, very tasty food. The food also changed daily. Friendly staff. Self-serving bar with soft drinks, coffee/tea and juices in the apartment area, whih was pretty comortable.

We stayed at this hotel for a family holiday at the beginning of April. While there were some positive aspects, there are several areas that require significant improvement. The location is excellent, with plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, cafés, and good transport links including buses and boats. The hotel is also just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which is very convenient, and only a 10-minute drive from Cala Millor, where there are even more amenities. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The mini fridge was a useful addition, and housekeeping maintained a good standard throughout our stay. The balcony with pool views and separate lounge area were also appreciated, and parking outside the hotel was easy. The staff across reception, bar, and restaurant were friendly and welcoming, which we valued. The children’s disco was also enjoyable and well received. That said, while we understand this is a budget-friendly hotel, we have stayed in other hotels in Mallorca with the same star rating and all-inclusive offering where the standard has been considerably higher. Based on this, we do not feel that the shortcomings experienced can be attributed to price alone. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment and did not meet expectations for an all-inclusive stay. Breakfast quality was inconsistent, with hot food often poorly prepared. Food labelling was at times incorrect, and items would run out and be replaced without updating labels. Lunch and dinner lacked variety and consistency, with food frequently served lukewarm. Desserts were repetitive and limited, mainly consisting of jellies with unclear labelling. Drinks were available but of basic quality, with branded options at an additional cost. We were also disappointed that snacks, which were advertised as part of the all-inclusive offering, were not available between meals. Entertainment was provided daily; however, it lacked engagement and overall quality.

Very impressed with the staff, from check in to leaving, everyone we encountered were friendly and cheerful. The catering was excellent, above our expectations. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Hotel is well located near to the beach and local bars / shops.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. Our room, as well as the entire hotel, was fully accessible and perfectly adapted for people with disabilities, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The location was excellent — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, beautiful beaches, and a charming promenade. It was a pleasure to walk around and enjoy the surroundings. We would like to give special recognition to the amazing entertainment team, especially the evening animator — such a charismatic and talented person is truly rare to meet! The evening programs, fun competitions, and dances created such a joyful and lively atmosphere that made every night unforgettable. This was our very first trip, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We never once regretted choosing this hotel — it exceeded all our expectations. We are extremely satisfied with our vacation and deeply grateful for the kindness and hospitality we received. We sincerely wish the hotel continued prosperity, further growth, and even more stars in the future! 🌟

“Wouldn’t be going back”

The property wasn’t the best could definitely be a 2star at the most hotel, the air conditioning didn’t work, it kept cutting out asked to change rooms they said they couldn’t and air conditioning wasn’t fixed, pool was very dirty around the outside, the food horrible really poor everything was bland all meat was tuff and smelt off wouldn’t be going back.
