This was the cheapest hotel in Mallorca. It is very simple, but good. Nice apartments and a kitchen with everything you need. The air conditioner is located in the living room, so it will not be very cold in the bedroom. If you are traveling with children, it is better to take a room on the ground floor. So you can sit on the terrace, and the children can run to the pool. But be prepared for mosquitoes and ants. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, but it is not the best. It is better to take a car and drive around the island. Parking is free everywhere.

“Great apartment and amenities”
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The apartment is very kids friendly. They arranged a baby cot for us which was waiting in the room. They are very environmentally friendly and are keeping the equipment that were left from the guests. There is a designated place with things you can borrow, such as a beach umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, etc. The water playground is a great place for kids as well.

Staff were fantastic helped us to plan our trips, printed off the bus times and pointed out the right bus stops. Location was great very central. Apartment it's self had everything you needed basic but clean. Overall we had a great stay.

clean, basic and central to all the bars and restaurants. Ideal for a budget holiday and about 300m from the beach. Stayed here 3 times now and only had 1 issue which was on the recent visit, the air conditioning wasn't working. We reported it in the afternoon and then the next day a complete new unit was fitted the day after. Thank you.
