The regularity of food and drink plus the location

The only couple of thing that were up to expectations are hotel`s location and the room that was closest to the sea. Staff was good (reception and restaurant).

Nice hotel, offering wonderful views off the ocean. Set on the beach front in the heart of town. Lovely pool area with access straight to the beach. Very close to a national park for a lovely hike. Food and drinks at the hotel were very good. Staff 10/10. Very professional and friendly. Can’t fault the place. FYI you can catch the A42 bus direct from the airport. Takes approx hour. I would return to this hotel and the area.

The location is good; there are some souvenir shops nearby, and it's also very close to the beach. Although the place is not very new, it was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

I recently stayed at Playa Dorada, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The bathrooms were also spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a bidet, which added an extra level of comfort. One of the best parts of the hotel is its excellent location—just a short walk from Sa Coma Beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear water and soft sand, making it perfect for families and especially great for kids. The area is also well-equipped with shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. The food at Playa Dorada was good—not the best we’ve had at an all-inclusive resort, but definitely enjoyable with a decent variety. One of the highlights for our family was the evening entertainment. The kids absolutely loved the mini disco program each night, and we thoroughly enjoyed the live bands that performed during our stay. Overall, I would recommend Playa Dorada to families looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location with kid-friendly activities and easy beach access, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs... :)

Service The service, especially how the staff works, deserves to be highlighted first. Everything is well-organized, and the hotel team is very friendly and always ready to help if needed. Food The food at the hotel was very tasty, especially with a wide variety for those who are not vegan or vegetarian. For this group, the options might be slightly limited. There was a good selection of meat, fish, and seafood, along with fruits and desserts. There was plenty of everything, without unnecessary excess (compared to our experience in Turkey). I want to emphasize that the food tasted very homemade. We were thrilled. Bar A special mention goes to the bartenders. The team worked efficiently, quickly, and always with a friendly attitude. Their positivity really added to the great vacation atmosphere. Location The hotel has a fantastic location. The balconies face the sea, and the hotel is literally on the seafront. Although it’s not a beach area but a rocky shore, I actually see that as a plus because there’s no beach noise, but you still get a beautiful sea view. With the right gear, you can swim there too. Moreover, if you like snorkeling, you can enjoy watching beautiful fish among the rocks. It’s not the Red Sea, but still nice. You can easily reach the hotel from the airport by taking the A42 bus. It’s a 5-minute walk from the stop. The main beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The beach is very beautiful, and we traveled a bit around that part of Mallorca and would say it’s one of the best: clean white sand, a wide shoreline, and shallow water — perfect if you have kids. Town The town itself is small and quiet — ideal for us since we have a child. But if you’re looking for wild parties, it might not be the place for you. Still, the town is well-organized in terms of entertainment, excursions, restaurants, and shops. There’s a pharmacy and a clinic. Public transport between towns is well-connected, so you can reach almost any point on the island.

The property met our expectations. It is worth mentioning the very good food, friendly service, proximity to Sa Coma beach, and secure parking for our car.

“Great food and lovely for kids.”

The food is great, always different kinds of meat and often two fish alternatives. Huge sallads bar. In the bar the employees are very nice and willing to mix any drink for you out of what they have available. For the kids there is Miniclub and Minidisco. Marcello and Julietta who manages these are excellent with kids, our children loved it!

Property location was great, most valued the security element of back door being shut, which is key when you spending time with children so close to public access.
