A great little hotel on the promenade in S'illot. Rooms with Seaview get a great view of the bay . Communication is prompt and clear instructions on how to enter late at night. Always clean and staff friendly .

The accomodation was lovely,clean and comfortable. The bed was about amazing. Perfect location,walking distance to many thing, the cafe next door did a lovely breakfast. They have so many things available that you can use, towels for the beach, sun lotion etc. Stunning views from the balcony

We were on the second floor in the apartment with the sea view. The view is incredible. We parked the car for free just in front of hotel, there are about 5 parking spots. You can park for free also on the street around the hotel, but I think in the season it will be hard to find a spot. Shower has excellent strong water pressure and nice hot water. To our surprise we did not have to buy drinking water, this hotel has a water filter and you can fill your bottles for free at reception.

Clean, confortable, nice surroundings

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing, mainly due to serious security issues. On two separate occasions, after we had properly closed the door and left the room, someone entered our room. When we returned, the door was left open and unlocked, meaning anyone could have accessed the room freely. We immediately contacted the staff after the first incident, and they explained that it was a mistake made by the cleaning staff and assured us it would not happen again. However, the exact same situation happened again the very next day. I believe mistakes can happen once and can be forgiven, but repeated incidents like this are unacceptable, especially when it concerns guests’ safety and privacy. As a result, I filed a formal complaint through Booking’s official platform. More than a month has passed, and I still have not received any formal response or resolution. According to Booking’s customer service, the lack of progress is due to the hotel owner’s refusal to cooperate. Based on this experience, I would advise future guests to carefully consider the potential safety risks before choosing to stay here.
