Very interesting historical hotel, with a good SPA. The room is small and the bathroom is in need of renovation, but otherwise I liked everything.

Impressive historic building with a beautiful large banquet hall and two lovely spa areas with pools and saunas. Good variety at breakfast.

The place is absolutely beautiful – a stunning castle setting, very well maintained, with excellent apartments and a truly unique atmosphere.

The spa amenities are impressive, but be prepared that people might be loud and talking, which is quite annoying in a sauna. The bowling alley onsite was also nice because it had a bar with a friendly barmaid. The restaurant also had great food.

Amazing castle. The hotel always hosts interesting events. We happened to get to the Knight's Feast and it was very impressive.

The breakfast was top notch! The castle is amazing and the sense of history in this place is well preserved. No wonder achiever of best Polish hotel several times, but these times are passing quickly, as far as I can see

“Disapointment!”

Wonderful idea to renovate old castle into a hotel with unique idea. However not only decoration makes impression and atmosphere. This is serious call to Hotel Management: Please do think more about your Staff. Reception was overloaded and tired, lady barely spoke English. She did not tell us anything about possibilities in hotel (as I understood later there was a pool as well).. In spite I contacted hotel in advance and asked for DBL bed, since we where coming back from our honey moon, we got small, dark room with TWIN bed. I kindly asked reception if I could pay extra to an upgrade or to pay extra for another room, girl just did not know how to help me, she was tired of everything and just kept silent and looked at me with tired eyes. Later we decided to go to the restaurant, our waiter guided us to dirty table (with crumbles and used tooth picks ! ). I asked at least to take this mess away, she just asked us to move to other table. Nonsense. However we have to admit that the dishes was unique and very tasty. Compliments to Chef! My point is - how you can destroy wonderful business idea and great hotel with a lack of service! And this is not the Staff problem, this is Management problem. We got an impression that whole hotel is working for "one time guests", very, very sad.

“Good hotel, but not a good value anymore”

This is my 3rd stay in this hotel in recent years. I usually choose this one when I am in the area. Overall impression is the same as before. Service is good, amenities are also ok. We had dinner at Rynski Mlyn, which is associated with this hotel and the food was very good from quality and value perspective.

“Awesome emplyees”

We were in a roadtrip trough poland castles , and first stay was in zamek ryn. Beakfast was not the best i would say avarage, but restaurant meal was awesome. Weighters know their job , brought meal with white gloves that shows high standarts, but would be better if they knew english. We had super evening because staff let us us stay outside and served drinks. Finally , after we left, we forgot one of our bags at public place were we packed our stuff to car. We were very pleased! And want to thank reception employees that found our number and managed to find a way to deliver bag to us. That required way more effort than regular work, that empyee act made this hotel one of our favorites, and we defenatly will come back.

“Elegant”

The Spa was lovely with great facilities, however it did tend to become quite crowded during the day. Rooms are elegant with tall ceilings and good beds. Breakfast was very good, even if you came slightly late.

Perfect stay in a historical place. Spa great, pool very beautiful, restaurant dishes very tasty!

Really loved this SPA hotel, one of the nicest I have been to. Food was great, saunas lovely too.
