“Well above expectations, great value for money, would like to come back”
Host was very kind and generous and super easy to contact. We loved the play room - our teenagers said it was the best ever: the table soccer and pool table kept them away from their phones. The outdoor setting and BBQ were great on a warm night (no mosquitoes). Very handy to have washing machine and dryer. Lots of space to keep our beach gear. Short pleasant walk to the beach, close to Sorrento and the lovely shops in Blairgowrie.

The location is great which is near Rye Beach, local restaurants and attractions. The place is spacious with the lower level for an extra bedroom. The living room is situated downstairs. Good value for money. The place is functional and serves the purpose for its value. It could have been way better if there is a stairs inside the lower level to get direct access to upstairs but not a big deal.

Was exactly what it said on the tin. Old school retro beach house; bit rough around the aged edges but perfectly comfortable, in a great location at a good price. Downstairs was great.

Easy check in process & easy to chat with Emilia - property owner Plenty of space for 3 families to spend the weekend away. The games room downstairs was a brilliant space.

Perfect beach shack. Great for older kids as bottom level has games including pool and air hockey and tv.
