Absolutely perfect for our 'girl's weekend' House was spotless, warm, comfortable & extremely well equipped. We needed longer to enjoy it all but all agreed that we will rebook this gem. Bed I slept in in the bunk room was unbelievably comfortable. Communication was exceptional too. Highly recommend 👌

Spacious, clean and modern with all the conveniences! All the beds were comfy, A/C and fans kept us cool in summer heat, the home was perfect for a family to spread out and relax inside or out in the lovely outdoor area. Just a short drive to the beach and shops. Communication with the owner was fantastic. We had a wonderful holiday and only positive things to say!

There was lots of space to sit and relax giving everyone in the family room to do different things.

The space was amazing! Having two living areas was beneficial for our blended family Communication with Gail, the owner, was amazing There were a lot of heating options scattered all over the house. The location is a half-hour walk to the beach, which was convenient for us. The house provided lots of extras that looked like they had kindly been left previous guests, which was convenient. The beds were amazingly comfortable

It was a large space that suited us perfectly. The location was amazing. The house was well equipped with plenty of dishes and extra blankets if needed. The communication between myself and the owner was great. We will definitely book again when we travel back to Rye😊

The key safe box is in a meter box the door of which only opens to about 45 degrees creating limited space to get into and see the face of the code box.

The house is beautifully appointed, modern and spacious. Exceptionally clean and it had everything we needed. Centrally located in a nice quiet suburb. We wish we had booked it for longer.

Responsive host. Beautiful clean spacious house, comfortable fit for extended family (including two lounge areas so teens had one TV and my elderly father claimed the other). Plenty of parking, peaceful outdoor areas. Short drive to beach and town centre.

The location is amazing and you can walk to the beach and all the shops. The Peninsula Hot springs is a 7 minute drive away. The house is so spacious and has so many great outdoor spaces. It is well stocked and has everything you could need. The perfect holiday house!!
