It's always amazing to stay with them, they are always very helpful and kind. The facilities are new and very tasteful.

Very nice model with the level of hi-end hotel. Really! Very clear and comfortable room with fridge and microwave, comfortble bed, table and chairs. Very friendly staff. Pick up and go breakfast provided. Our room's window was on the back yard so it was extremely quiet but I suppose it's guite ok for all rooms as there is a nice and green sitting area between the rooms and the road. There is a very popular restaurant next door - we didn't visit but I heart it's very good one. Beautiful Philbrick's Beach is 10 min drive from the place. I'll choose it again 100% if visit the area.

Helpful staff, the backrooms are certainly quiet and good size and clean room. The adjoining restaurant has very good, meal options but make sure to book as it's popular !

“Relaxing night away”

This was our first time here and what a nice treat - we got a nice room out back and we were able to enjoy hanging out at the fire pit at night . The room was impeccably clean , bed was super comfy and I liked the grab and go breakfast .

I love the quiet and how its away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are great and the fire pits are super cool.

The room was amazing...perfect size. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. The dresser in the room was awesome so much space. The amenities were great resturant on site fire pits in the back. Would stay again.

Beautifully appointed - everything felt high-end. Well thought-out, very comfy beds, gorgeous shower. Grassy seating and fire-pit area would have been a great place to relax if we hadn't been out of season. It's on a main road but careful planting of high trees minimises awareness/noise. Next door is the best recommended eatery in the area, Southport Kitchen + Bar, but book ahead - in demand! Just 20 mins drive to Plymouth, 5 mins to Rye beach (much nicer than the crowded Hamptons, we thought.) Nicest motel we've stayed at in 4 weeks.

We were very pleased! Our room was changed last minute. The room was clean and large, with a large full on bathroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience!!
