Overview
The Hotel Studanka enjoys a quiet location overlooking the Včelný Forest, 3 km from the centre of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. I really like the surroundings - hotel is situated in nice wood. There are plenty options for short time hikes or cycling tours. I also appreciate craft beer Kaštan and local products which you can buy at hotel reception. Room was nice, huge and clean. At time of my stay, there was a concert of Meivis. It was great.

The hotel is located in the middle of a forest, which is very calming. The check-in/check-out procedure was smooth due to the online check-in possibility. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent.

“You can have a lovely time in this fine hotel with many amazing places to see nearby”
It's hard to review this hotel properly. The room we first got (through booking.com) was truly absolutely awful, beyond any words. However, after one unbearably hot night in the small and hot room, the hotel management apologized and kindly gave us a great apartment, beautiful in all ways. The swimming pool is fine and so is breakfast. The half-pension evening meals were average . Also, we would have expected the breakfast and dinner times to be a little longer, especially on long and sunny summer evenings. The one and only meal we each took a la carte in the restaurant was very good and the opening time until 10 pm just right. The hotel is exceptionally well taken care of and the garden around is very pleasant. There are many parking places always available.

Big plus for being a dog-friendly place. Lots of place to go for a walk. Very kind and helpful staff; good food at breakfast, great cesar salad, good beer and drinks. Nice pool included in the price. There is a pool table on the lobby, but here a surprise :/- extra fee. Strange policy...

“Good Value for money. Could improve”
Location is fantastic, For those seeking spa facilities and a urban detox the location is just great. Access is easy and parking was abundant. Great surrounding activities Restaurant was fantastic, as was the service.
