The hotel is located in the main square with the rest of the town including the chateau within a walkable distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking free of charge in the main square.

“Mixture of good and bad in the middle of the Rychnov”
Great location, right in the middle of the town. Parking right in the front of the hotel. Very good breakfast - plenty to choose from and very good quality. Kitchen was great in overall, we tried their lunch menu couple of times and it was always very tasty and also nicely presented.

Very nice location at the main square. Had no problem getting a parking spot just in front of the hotel. Good breakfast.

Very good communication of the staff, perfectly fluent in English, very kind and helpful! (I was communicating mainly with the short hair lady on shift at reception on Friday 13.10., can't remember the name, but she was very professional and super nice). Parking free for hotel guests directly in front of the hotel is very convenient.

The location was perfect. Staff was very welcoming and friendly and solved issue of power outage very quickly. Parking is free in front of the hotel with plenty of places. The room is good enough for few nights. Breakfast is nice. Offer was changing each day with fixed parts like scrambled eggs, veggies, cold cuts and cheese. 3 days, 3 variables was available which is nice for a longer stay.

“Great stay in great location. Good night rest in a quiet spot in the city centre.”
Breakfast was delicious, room cosy and warm, very quiet. The only thing which was missing was hairdryer in the room. The staff was friendly and nice.
