Proximity to Nyugwe forest was the only positive. we left the property after getting the keys to the rooms and viewing it.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The staff was very flexible and helpful, especially Isaiah who helped us with the planning of our activities and transportation. The food was really yummy.

Everything. We had an amazing stay. Isaiah was extremely helpful and contacted our guides for our pre-booked chimpanzee trek and canopy walk, so we knew where to go and who to meet. He also organised additional tours for us at the tea plantation. The staff couldn't have been anymore friendly or helpful. Food was excellent and prepacked breakfast was excellent for our chimp trek. The accommodation was clean and spacious, room was cosy and has everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant was clean and prices were very reasonable, they also catered for our dietary requirements no problem. No request was ever a problem and we would happily return to stay again. A big thanks to Isaiah whose hospitality was exceptional.

The guesthouse is located in a beautiful place with views of a tea plantation. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is basic and small but it’s comfortable enough and there’s hot water in the shower.

The view on the tea plantation and eucalyptus forest is amazing. A lot of monkeys are passing by, we laugh very much. The team is very kind, the room is wide and ultra clean. The food is very good. No mosquitos because of the altitude.
