“Good stay overall, but not ideal if you’re looking to fully disconnect”
The rooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. There are lovely views over the lake, although greenhouses are visible on the opposite side. The restaurant staff were extremely kind.

“Excellent eco style location at lake Muhazi at 1.5 drive from Kigali”
Excellent setting at the shore of lake muhazi, eco style hotel.Excelent food, good service by Waiter Celestin and the head Cook Mr Phocas. Evening dining with wood fire at the tiny beach. Wine from the special cellar . Boat trip on lake Muhazi.

The atmosphere and the service are wonderful. The lodge is built to allow you to immerse in the nature and green around, with natural materials, wonderful views of the lake and the gardens. The service was excellent - with extremely helpful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and special on your vacation - notably, Celestin was consistently wonderful and obliging. All the food (and coffee) we tried was top notch. The massage was of very high quality - done in a beautiful atmosphere by truly a professional lady. Just a wonderful lodge, we had a great time - I run a hotel where I live and I really appreciate the attention to detail the management has poured into this.

Great place to stay! Secluded location for people looking for quiet stay. Rooms are big and quite New. Restaurant offers a good number of options and grilled tilapia is to die for.
