The outside and common areas of the hotel are beautiful, and pleasant. The breakfast is great and the staff is very nice. Pillows were great.

“very bad toillet”
Pool was closed, the toillet is in very bad conditions, the ATM machine was not working the first time, so we tried again. when I checked my bank account I was debit 2 times. Called back there to ask how to solve it, and so far no answer, not to calls, not to emails!! Disappointing!
