The room at checked in has a curtain rod falling off by just one touch, and the fly screen was broken. I reported and asked to exchange another room. The staff was nice to accept our request. Good location and comfortable. The bed was OK. The shower water adjustment was perfect. But the hot water from the bathroom sink needs maintenance. It makes lots of noises and water has the yellow stain colour. So we decided not to use the hot tap water as we can cope with using just the cold tap water for the Autumn weather. It was just a surprise that there was no room service for the whole weekend. So we just asked for enough supplies for this whole time Friday until checking out on Monday. This has become unhygienic, especially in the bathroom area.

“An excellent comfortable base to launch your daily activities from.”
Breakfast was not supplied or available at this accommodation, the location was excellent and central to all that is available in town. Places to eat were therefore easily accessible. The staff were all great, professional and readily approachable. The room I had in the motel section was clean and very well maintained, all services were modern and comfortable
